GN: Skip called me yesterday. He said ... his guys thought they could, they were gonna be named engineer of record. And Skip said to me, I thought you told me that we were gonna get a second position there, and I said that's great, you guys (inaudible) smokin' dope.
	MN: Yeah.
	GN: Well actually, what happened was ... the review process. Did somebody tell you this? MN: No.
	GN: The review process, they wanted to name Schoor-DePalma... based on the interviews. MN: The review process, you mean the interviews?
	GN: Yeah. They wanted to name them as the engineer of record, which you MN: Planning Board.
	GN: And get Water/Sewer.
	MN: Yeah.
	GN: And we said, so what? What about the interview process? What's that to do with anything?
MN: Well, then they told us yesterday (inaudible) actually would trying to put you ...Planning Board's a bigger deal ... so we're gonna try to get you on the Planning Board.
GN: Now what happened was is, now I don't want you to repeat this ... they had me in a (inaudible). They wanted to put Schoor-DePalma in because ... you really have three people there, that are sort of. .. not in politics ... you know, their sort of. .. you know remember when you first got on council or whatever, you were a do-gooder?
JG:   Yeah.
GN: You know.
JG: Remember those days.
GN: To be the most qualified, the best, the most finest, you know, all of that stuff. And...not that you. don't do what's right, but you, you consider politics, and there's nothing wrong with considering.
