JG: Now I, I met with Lou about a week, week and a half ago and I don't know, just to be perfectly honest if he's, if he's jerking me off or just what, but ah...I'm just gonna stick my neck out, I'm gonna take care of Rosenberg.

GN: He's not jerking you off. JG: I'm sorry? GN: He's not jerking you off.

JG:   Okay. I mean I really wasn't sure because in speaking to Mark I got a, I kinda got a different story. I'm not really (inaudible). So he suggested I speak directly to you.

GN: What kind of story, I don't know what you mean by that? JG:   Okay, um, can I speak frankly or? GN: Yeah, of course. Sure.

JG:   Okay. I wasn't sure if you were concerned about the phone or whatever. Um, he was suggesting that, first of all he apologized for not being able to take care of the ah, ah, the one thing that I was interested in.

GN: Yeah, the Election Board thing.

JG:   And he explained that to me and I have and I. understood that. I was in, ah, interested in that because that was, obviously it helps feed the family and the whole bit, but.

GN: Sure..

JG: He was suggesting that um, in the future ... Mark might be able to get some work and, and

I would essentially get credit for that ... but when I suggested that to Mark he was, I wasn't sure if he was...on board with that or not and ah, I think he.

GN: Well I already spoke to Mark independent on that subject about you.

JG:   Okay.

GN: Telling him that he knows I've been very helpful to him over a period of time and also very recently.
JG:   Right.
GN: And I wanted to see some of that benefit go to you.
JG:   Okay.
GN: So I had that conversation with him.
JG:   Good.
GN: Ah, it's not that Lou hasn't helped him. .. he has ...ah, but ...I guess what we're all saying here is we'd like to see you derive a little bit of that benefit.
JG: Very good.
GN: So ...I probably need to have a conversation with Mark about this.
JG: OK
