GN: Hi John.

JG: George how are you sir?

GN: Good pal.

JG: Uh Mark Niser suggested last week that we probably where going to get together and he suggested that I give you a call and probably set that up. GN: Great, uh he actually called me also.

JG: OK.

GN: Uh, John I'm not going to be back uh, till to ten to twelve inaudible. JG: OK.'

GN: Is there anything that we can talk, right now do you think?

JG: Um, I guess that's entirely up too you, I, I guess I really don't want to think so, um. GN: Why don't we do this, um. How's your schedule look next week. JG: It looks fine, make myself. available.

GN: Inaudible.

JG: Of course.

GN: How about inaudible to you.

JG: That's perfect.

GN: Alright, uh I'll check (inaudible) one let me know. JG: I'll be there, I'll -um.

-GN: Anytime after lunch-I'm ok.

JG: Ok, then.

JG: Ok.

GN: I'll be there.

JG: I'll take care of that.
